1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Eventora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users including attendees, event organizers, and visitors.

2. Use of the Platform

Eventora is a hyperlocal event discovery and booking platform available across India. You may use the Platform to discover, book, and host events. You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must register for an account using Google Sign-In or mobile number verification. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Event Listings

Organizers are solely responsible for the accuracy of event information including dates, venue, pricing, and description. Eventora reserves the right to remove or reject any event listing that violates these terms or applicable laws. Events may be subject to an approval process before being publicly listed.

5. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Eventora charges 0% platform commission. Refund policies are set by individual event organizers and Eventora is not responsible for refunds unless stated otherwise. For free events, no payment is collected.

6. Prohibited Conduct

• Creating false or misleading event listings
• Harassing or abusing other users
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security measures
• Using the Platform to distribute spam or malware
• Reselling tickets without authorization

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform including logos, text, and design is the property of Eventora or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Eventora is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any event information provided by organizers.

9. Changes to Terms

Eventora reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes via email or in-app notification.
